Good rant. I am a full face mask user and frustrated to the point of designing a new mask, perhaps even starting my own manufacturing company. Gee, I might have enough energy to do all that if I had a mask that actually was comfortable. I've tried EVERYTHING and after over six years on CPAP have finally realized there simply is no mask that is going to work for me or the many users like me (I've asked the plastic surgeons - oh, the complaints!). The engineers really don't get it at all. There are very basic design flaws that leads to pressure sores, gross marks and nighttime waking. So glad I found this forum and look forward to helping others with the same frustrations. SWEETPEADREAMER RN, BSN and artist/designer!
