Iím not so sure that youíve identified the problem correctly. There is a minimum pressure setting for Auto-PAPs. Based on your sleep study, your doctor will determine the minimum.

The reason for the minimum is precisely as you describe. You need a level at which youíre reasonably free of apneas. Otherwise, you may not get accurate readings. Even if you do, youíll tend to yo-yo all night, which would not be very good.
