I also have a long head and made more room by slightly straightening the front hose guide area of my Breeze. I did this by softening the plastic with heat and gently bending it to a slightly straighter curve.

1) If Puritan Bennet offered a couple different hose guide pieces for different heads would make the Breeze more versatile.

2) Another wish list item would be to allow the nasal pillows to pivot toward and away from each other. The bottom of my septum (the flesh between my nostrils) is lower, i.e. closer to my lips, than the outer edges of my nasal openings so the nasal pillows put excessive pressure on my septum.
I solved the problem by inserting a wire shim to tilt the pillows toward each other.

3) Attach the hose to the plenum (where the nasal pillows are mounted) and the swivel connector more securely.
To work around this, I've installed nylon wire ties to work like a hose clamp.
