I agree. The two parties to this problem that should know the most (your doctor and your equipment provider) often don't have a clue. Neither my doctor nor my provider picked up on the fact that I wasn't doing well on my Virtuoso, even after I complained several times. In fact, my doctor simple raised my upper limit when I presented with problems. Bad advice when the dang thing wasn't even responding most of the time. As far as medical associations and manufacturers, I think it's unlikely we'll get any help there, but the sentiment is correct.
