Informative plaque on machine.

Although you could print one yourself, one that obviuosly comes with the machine is more effective.

The plaque could warn of dire consequences of not using the machine, and of the exemption from hand-luggage limits (and cite the exect esction of the law). It can also warn that a prescription is required.

Such a plaque would inform hospital staff and airport/airline workers who are not knowledgable on the subject. Some hospital orderlies, nurses, and even doctors are not knowledgable about OSA. The stern warning on the plaque would help.
